Who will set the work?
In most cases, Tim Martin will set the work personally. At times, he will be assisted by his partner Debora Broderius. Arrangements may also be made to learn the work from a video, to the extent that this is initially possible, followed by personal visits from Tim Martin or Debora Broderius to answer questions, rehearse the dancers, and correct any areas which may have been unclear from the tape.

Costumes
In some cases the costumes are available from Tim Martin, either for sale or for rent. Terms for rentals are covered in the contract.

Rights to the Music
It will be the responsibility of the presenter or purchasing company to acquire rights to the music for performance. In some cases, the rights have already been acquired by the choreographer and may be passed on at no additional cost as long as the composer is properly credited.

Technical Requirements
In the descriptions, please note that the technical description refers to the requirements of the stage technicians. Remarks about the dance techniques called for by the choreography are discussed in the general description.
